About the Opportunity

In this varied role you will provide excellent front desk customer service and information services to Centre users and clients as well as participate in minor design work.

You will provide assistance to ensure seamless operations of the Mosman Art Gallery and Community Centre utilising a range of systems, including Friends memberships, venue and event bookings and image databases.

You will also be responsible for compilation of e-newsletters, setting up venue spaces and assist in provision of special events.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • A minimum of two years' relevant experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work and collaborate with the Cultural Services team in order to meet deadlines
  • Valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate
